Holi (Fagu Purnima) फागु पूर्णिमा

The festival of colours on the full moon of Falgun, celebrated in the hills one day before the Terai.

Holi is celebrated with coloured powder, water and music. In Nepal the hill and Himalayan districts celebrate on Fagu Purnima, and the Terai celebrates the following day.
